The focus of your job is to support the organization in all legal issues, either through your own expertise and experience or as a central contact in combination with external specialists.

YOUR TASKS AND YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VISION

Contracts:

• Advising the organization on legal issues and providing support on contract-related topics, including employment contracts, is part of your responsibilities
• You accompany contract negotiations with customers, partners and service providers
• You will also be responsible for researching legal issues and working closely with and exchanging information with all departments
• You create and update sample contracts and texts

Data Protection:

• You support the development of a company-wide data protection management system
• You take over the maintenance/monitoring of the daily updated documentation in the area of data protection 
• You take over the updating of the templates and the company policy on data protection
• You are responsible for providing data protection advice and support to all departments
• You will also be responsible for raising employee awareness of data protection issues (regular training sessions, updating the data protection section on the intranet, creating FAQs).

Compliance:

• You will work on the further development and expansion of the international compliance organization. In addition, you will ensure that awareness and responsibility for compliance is maintained.

WHAT YOU’RE REALLY GOOD AT…

• You have a degree in law and/or a Master of (Business) Laws
• You are able to comprehend, evaluate and draft complex contractual texts
• You are able to convincingly present and negotiate workable legal solutions in contract negotiations with international contractual partners
• Ideally, you already have a good knowledge of contract drafting and development 
• You are motivated and passionate about your work
• Your strengths are a confident and skilful manner, strong negotiating skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, the ability to work in a team, resilience, conflict resolution and communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach to work

• You support and coach managers and employees in all personnel-related topics, as well as in operational and labor law matters. This covers a wide range of operational and strategic issues.
• You support our strong growth by taking responsibility for the recruiting process. In doing so, you will accompany our candidates through the entire candidate journey from approach to onboarding and ensure the best possible candidate experience compared to competitors.
• You will support our managers in personnel development, employee retention, succession planning and building a talent pipeline.
• You will be available to advise and support the departments on compensation planning, create and prepare various evaluations and HR-relevant key figures.

WHAT YOU’RE REALLY GOOD AT…

• You have a degree in economics or social sciences and several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• In addition, you have several years of experience in human resources, including recruiting. You are characterized by a broad spectrum of acquired and successfully practiced professional and methodological skills.
• You have a secure and up-to-date knowledge of labor and social insurance law.
• Experience in project management, agile work, communication, moderation or coaching is an advantage.
• You are characterized by result orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting in combination with organizational strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You have a good entrepreneurial understanding, work independently and are able to prioritize complex requirements.
• You convince with your initiative and your willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have a very good command of German and English, supplemented by a willingness to travel nationally (20-25%).
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems (e.g. factorial) is an advantage.
