With our use cases, we support our customers in repair, mass determination, construction supervision, issue management and much more.
You can work from one of the specified locations and do some of the work flexibly from home.
Alternatively, you have the option of working from your home office.
In addition, you will look after customers throughout Germany, but depending on the network, of course, specifically in the region around your place of residence.

YOUR TASKS AND YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VISION- You promote the development of strong, long-term customer relationships with existing customers
- You are a born networker at local and regional specialist events of the state quality associations for building repair.
- You develop winning sales solutions through market analysis in the context of new customer acquisition and the further development of existing customers
- You accompany the entire sales process – from the initiation to the design of the offer to the conclusion of the contract
- You will work very closely with colleagues from our partner management, marketing and operations to actively contribute to our solution offering. The agile working method is already known or finds this approach exciting
- You will keep a constant eye on our market competitors and the development of the market and react to changes
- You independently carry out product presentations to our customers
- You carry out the documentation of customer data in the CRM/ERP system
- You are a representative of our range of solutions to interested parties and customers at trade fairs, congresses or conferences
WHAT YOU’RE REALLY GOOD AT…- You have experience with RIB ITWO civil; akg vestra, CARD1, BRICSCAD; Autocad civil 3D or Trimble Business Center, Leica Geosystems and you are familiar with the planning and construction processes up to billing?
- You enjoy technology and have a high interest in construction site technology and process automation
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high level of self-motivation in a solution-oriented team with a focus on the customer
- You have negotiation skills and strong communication skills
- You have demonstrable ability to steer the sales process from plan to close
- You are characterized by strong business acumen and industry expertise combined with a self-confident manner, a binding and communicative appearance with the necessary assertiveness
- We are looking forward to someone with the enthusiasm and joy of digitization combined with a strong ability to work in a team with a strong hunter mentality

- You have already gained expertise in the construction industry with a focus on infrastructure or surveying and have several years of professional experience in technical solution sales in the field of hardware/software and online platforms.

- You have an affinity for sales, enjoy contact with customers on the phone, and are very good at organizing yourself.
- You are characterized by a positive way of thinking with a high degree of goal and result orientation.
