Your main tasks
> As an Accounting & Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d), your focus is on the independent and timely execution of payroll accounting.
> You will correspond with health insurance companies, social security institutions, etc. and take over the bookings in the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
> You will check and record invoices and credit notes in connection with the delivery of goods.
> In addition, you will take on preparatory and checking work with regard to the advance turnover tax return, as well as the monthly and annual financial statements.
> You will be the contact person for internal and external departments in all matters relating to personnel.
> Processing of registration and certification, including the dispatch of legally required notifications.
> Taking over entry and exit processes.
> Support in personnel controlling
> A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in accounting and human resources is desirable

Since 2019, vigram’s technologies and expertise have been used in extensive BIM pilot projects of the Stuttgart Regional Council. The aim is to implement BIM in practice and to gather knowledge for all future infrastructure tenders.
